Environment DesignThis is a group project that I worked on. The goal of this project was to create a furnished interior environment.
My role in this project included gathering initial reference to work from as well as creating all the assets in the living room and club room. I also placed representative textures once all modeling was complete. Other Members: Anders Carlson, David Desiderio, and James Molnar. |

Character ModelingThe goal here was to create a character form scratch. I started out with concept sketches, which were then brought into 3DS max to create the 3D model. Textures were added using the materials library in 3DS max and some were made from scratch using Photoshop.
I was also responsible for learning the work flow behind creating a low-poly version of the character and then transferring the texture maps from the high-poly character onto the low-poly character model. This technique is commonly utilized in developing videogames in order to optimize the amount of data being used by the game engine. |
